The following must be met for the right of return of the products basic conditions for returns:

  1. The return must be made within a period of 14 calendar daysfrom the day of receipt.
  2. It must be preceded by communication with its customer service department, on the telephone. 210 – 8832688, Monday-Friday 09: 00-16: 00 (except weekends).
  3. The product should not be opened or used.
  4. The packaging of the product must not have any damage or alterations to the original factory packaging (box or jelly). For this reason we recommend returning the product in a suitable package, box and not envelope.
  5. Send the receipt or purchase invoice along with the return.
  6. With a note let us know the problem that has arisen with the returned product.
  7. For safety and quality reasons, non-defective products cannot be returned
  8. Product changes that are part of the offer package are not accepted. The entire package must be replaced.
  9. The return can be done either by shipment or by delivery to the physical store, at the following address: Kypselis street, no. 72, T.K. 11362

In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the basic conditions of return are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by him.

Provided that all of the above are met basic conditions for returns the consumer has the right to request the return-replacement of the products and two cases are separated:

Case of defective product change or shipping error:

In case a product of defective quality * was sent * or by mistake in the invoicing - shipment, then undertakes its replacement and shipping costs with the cooperating courier agency. Refunds will be made in case of stock depletion or inability to replace the products and the credit will be made to one of your bank account or credit card, depending on how the initial payment was made. The replacement of the products or the credit of money will be done only after the receipt of the defective / wrong products from our pharmacy and within 14 days from the day of receipt of the defective products.
* In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you ship the product without following the above procedure you will be charged with all shipping costs

Case of change at the customer's request:

Initially all must be observed basic conditions for returns

After we receive the returned order and the relevant inspection is carried out by the competent department and the basic conditions for returns, you will be able to place a new order. Changes are made to the current price of the product. In case the new order is of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon that can be used in the next purchase and the refund for the above case is not made. Shipping costs in case of change at the customer's request, will be borne entirely by the customer. Shipping can only be done by courier company and not by regular mail. If after the change the new order does not exceed 49 €, there will be a charge of 2,20 € shipping costs + 1,80 € cash on delivery.

Order cancellation can be made, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, via e-mail to stating the code of your order, your name and phone number or by phone at 210-8832688, Monday-Friday 09: 00-16: 00. You will receive a reply email that your order has been canceled. If the payment has been made by deposit or by credit card, after the cancellation of the order you will have to contact us in order to receive the details of your bank account to which the amount will be refunded, minus the bank charges. Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day of contacting the relevant department.
